Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Random Access Studio collects when you use ViralRAS AI, why, and the choices you have. We don’t sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, your name and profile photo.
• What you create: your chat messages, ideas, the facts and frames you select, the 3D scenes and videos made for you, and the MP4 files you export.
• Billing: your plan, credit balance and payment history. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as time, pages and errors) that keep the Service running and secure.

How we use it

To run the Service (sign you in, generate and save your videos, keep your credits), to take payments, to prevent abuse, to fix problems and improve the Service, and to contact you about your account. We don’t use your videos or chats for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the Service, and only what they need:

• Anthropic processes your messages and selected frames to generate research, scenes and videos.
• Supabase stores your account, videos and files.
• Stripe handles payments.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with it.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our users or the Service, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to keep an unsent chat if you refresh the page. We don’t use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your videos, chats and account details within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or close your account, by emailing support@viralras.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights, which we’ll honour.

Security

Your data is stored with access controls, sent over encrypted connections, and your exported videos are private to your account. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.

Children

The Service isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change and tell you about important changes in the app or by email.
