Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Random Access Studio (“we”, “us”), the maker of ViralRAS AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

ViralRAS AI turns your ideas into short 3D videos. You chat with an AI that researches facts, builds 3D scenes, writes the video and changes it on request. Previews and exports run in your own web browser. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan, and at least 13 to use the Service. Keep your login safe: you’re responsible for everything done with your account. Give us accurate information and tell us if you think your account was used without permission.

3. Plans, credits and payment

The Service is paid. Plans are monthly subscriptions (Creator: $39/month for 250 credits; Pro: $99/month for 700 credits), billed in US dollars through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Credits pay for AI work: a chat message uses 1, research 4, a video on a ready-made scene 5, a brand-new 3D scene 40, a change 4 and a change to the 3D scene itself 10. Previews and exports are free. Credits are taken when a step is delivered, are added to your account each time a payment succeeds, have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and end when your account is closed. We may change prices or credit costs with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we decide otherwise. If a step fails because of an error on our side, we’ll restore the credits it used.

4. Your content and the videos you make

You keep the rights to what you type and upload. Subject to these terms and to the rights of others, you own the videos you make with the Service and may post them anywhere, including monetised accounts. You give us a limited license to store, process and display your content only to run, secure and improve the Service. Similar ideas and outputs may be created by other users.

AI can make mistakes. Facts, numbers and sources in your videos may be wrong or incomplete: check anything important before you publish it. You’re responsible for the videos you publish and how you use them.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to make content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or gory, that targets or impersonates real people, that infringes anyone’s rights, or that is meant to mislead people into believing false events are real news. Don’t try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the Service, or resell it without our permission. We may refuse requests, remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Our property

The Service, its engine, templates, scenes, design and brand belong to Random Access Studio. These terms don’t give you rights to them except to use the Service as intended.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on others, including Anthropic (AI), Supabase (accounts and storage), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and Google (sign-in). Their own terms apply to your use of their services.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that videos will perform well on social media. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or reputation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the Service; if we end it without cause, we’ll refund any unused prepaid period.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it applies; using the Service after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
